RETURNS:
A Sign Worx™, LLC does not warehouse any items. All items are made to order, therefore, no returns or exchanges. All packages should be inspected for damage or shortage, and any errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of package. All packaging material and contents must remain together for carrier inspection (we will file a claim with FedEx). Packages returned without an RMA # will be refused. Returns or replacements for FedEx damage will be covered without cost to the customer. No refunds, exchanges, or credits. All sales are final.
